PROGRAMS
Growth Capital
Capital Finance Group provides growth capital which can be utilized to extend a company's cash runway. Growth capital can be used for general corporate purposes including salaries, product development, technology acquisition and research.

Equipment Financing
Capital Finance Group finances new and used equipment including computer, office, telecommunications, furniture, production, manufacturing, transportation, software, tenant improvements and other capital equipment.

Accounts Receivable
Accounts receivable financing is available to accelerate cash flow. Advances are typically made against 70%-80% of accounts receivable.

Inventory Financing
Inventory financing is available as part of the accounts receivable program. Inventory financing can provide liquidity to assist in the purchasing, processing and converting of inventory into saleable goods.

TYPICAL PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • The base term can be structured from 36 to 48 months
  • Scheduled drawdowns will occur after a master agreement is put into place
  • The debt facility size can be as low as $250,000 or as large as your business plan can support
  • A balloon payment at the end of the term can be included to lower the monthly payments and thus preserve cash flow
